How Much Can I Expect to Pay for Commercial Cleaning Services?

Cost of service is generally influenced by several factors including the size of the space, type of space, building traffic, and service frequency.  Ultimately, it is TIME that cleans your building which is all impacted by the factors listed above.  While there are general rules of thumb, it is best to schedule a walkthrough in order to receive the most accurate cost estimate

Are Your Staff Members Trained?

Yes, our staff members are required to complete training throughout their employment tenure.  Our program is based industry standards as provided by the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association (ISSA / CIMS).  Utilizing virtual and in-person methods, training covers a range of topics including safety, customer service, cleaning procedures, and code of conduct.  All of these actions together, ensure our clients receive the very best service on a consistent basis.

How Do You Assure Cleaning Quality?

Consistent quality is not driven by any one thing, but rather, the cumulative affects of effective processes that have been developed over our 30 year history.  Our training curriculum, standardization, quality of equipment, management oversight, and formal auditing procedures are all components of our proven quality control processes that drive consistent cleaning quality.

Will I have the Same Staff Members Service My Building Each Time?

Yes, we place dedicated team members that generally reside within a close proximity to your property.  These will be the same team members that will service your property on an on-going basis.  The only exception would be during planned and/or unplanned absences.  In which case, we will schedule our one of our field managers to cover the shift.
