Do You Guarantee Your Work?
Yes, the job isn't complete until it is completed correctly. We guarantee all labor and materials, if purchased for you.
Who Provides The Materials?
The choice is completely up to you. If you purchase the materials, we only charge for the installation time. If we purchase the materials, we do charge a small upcharge for the time associated with pickup and delivery.
Do You Help With The Permit Process?
Yes, where required, we will pull all necessary permits through your local City Code Compliance Office.
What Are My Payment Options?
For smaller jobs (1-2 days), you can pay via check or credit card upon completion of the job. For larger jobs, we may require an upfront deposit along with progress paments at pre-specified milestones. Any and all requirements will be discussed and included in our written project estimate.
